Location: Southern England, including London

As our Product Support Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our innovative lift products are safe, compliant, and ready for the market. Collaborating with installation teams, suppliers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders, you’ll provide essential technical leadership across various domains.
This is a permanent hybrid opportunity. To kickstart your journey, you’ll spend the first few months at our Andover Head Office for training and familiarization before transitioning to a flexible working arrangement.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Your Responsibilities
- Lead product safety and compliance across our lift portfolio.
- Manage product investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and certifications.
- Drive product improvements in collaboration with OEM partners.
- Provide expert technical support, training, and guidance to installation teams and customers.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications, or equivalent industry experience. An Engineering Degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other technical tools.
- Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations.
