Salary: Up to £54,000 (including OTE), based on skills and experience
Additional Compensation: Overtime, call-out, and standby pay
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lift Repair Engineer to join our dynamic team in Norwich and the surrounding areas!
Your Role:
This hands-on position is all about keeping lifts running smoothly and reliably. You’ll be tackling repairs, diagnosing faults, and ensuring our clients have the best service possible. Enjoy the freedom of managing your own day-to-day tasks, with support from a local supervisor when needed.
Your Patch:
- Covering Norwich and nearby areas
- Structured local patch
- Diverse mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
- No unnecessary long-distance travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing repairs and fault finding on lifts
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Replacing and upgrading components
- Responding to breakdowns and supporting call-outs
- Getting lifts back into service safely and efficiently
- Completing site paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications:
Lift Engineer Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
- Full UK driving licence
