About Us

Your Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker who is enthusiastic and committed to fostering. You will play a crucial role in:
- Providing direct support to foster parents with a manageable caseload for effective supervision.
- Offering regular supervision to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate meaningful participation in assessments and decision-making.
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Previous experience in children and families social work.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation and publications related to children’s services.
- A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
Working Conditions
This is a demanding yet rewarding position that includes quality assurance and training responsibilities for both prospective and current foster parents. You will need to be an excellent report writer and adept at meeting strict deadlines.
