In this role, you’ll inspire and develop your team, craft and execute innovative marketing strategies, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless journey to holiday home ownership—all while smashing ambitious targets!
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate: Inspire a team of sales advisors and administrators to achieve greatness.
- Marketing Mastery: Plan and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and boost social media presence.
- Performance Driver: Enhance sales performance through coaching, training, and regular one-on-ones.
- Stock Management: Oversee inventory and ensure accurate marketing across all channels.
- Customer Support: Guide customers from inquiry to handover, including finance options and after-sales care.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to uncover opportunities and exceed targets.
