What You Will Be Doing...
- Generating leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
- Promptly and professionally following up on enquiries.
- Conducting park tours, presenting finance options, and closing sales.
- Carrying out pre-handover checks and providing after-sales support.
- Analyzing sales performance and driving part-exchange opportunities.
About You...
- You possess a resilient nature with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills are your forte.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales role is a plus.
- You are confident working towards budgets & KPIs, with a target-driven approach and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Proficient IT skills, including data input, email, Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Willingness to work weekends to support sales activity during peak periods.
