In this exciting role, you'll partner closely with the Accommodation Manager to coordinate and support our dedicated team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation types. Your contributions will ensure smooth daily operations and create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
What You Will Be Doing...
- Recruiting and Training: Assist in bringing on board and training new Accommodation team members.
- Team Culture: Help foster a positive team environment focused on high standards.
- Support Structure: Work alongside the Accommodation Manager to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Coaching: Provide day-to-day coaching and support for team development through 1-2-1s.
- Engagement Initiatives: Support initiatives that drive motivation and team recognition.
- Daily Coordination: Assist in the daily management of cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
- Quality Checks: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Help prepare action plans for continuous improvement based on daily performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins and guest requests.
- Guest Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, resolving issues with minimal disruption.
About You...
- Team Management: Previous experience in managing teams.
- Operational Coordination: Ability to coordinate complex daily business operations.
- Resource Planning: Experience with forecasting labor and resource planning.
- Inspirational Leadership: A leadership style that inspires and supports diverse teams.
- Hands-On Approach: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work varied days, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech Savvy: Confident using standard IT systems and applications.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is required.
