Help us create an unforgettable ownership experience! We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and people-focused Owner Experience Assistant to support our holiday homeowners and ensure every interaction feels personal, professional, and memorable.

As an Owner Experience Assistant, you’ll be a key member of the Owner Experience team, supporting the full owner journey—from day-to-day inquiries to community-building events. You’ll ensure owners feel valued, listened to, and supported, making their time on park as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

You’ll work closely with your manager and the wider team to deliver first-class service, accurate administration, and a warm, welcoming environment.

What You Will Be Doing...

  • Acting as the first point of contact for owners across face-to-face, phone, and email inquiries.
  • Handling all queries efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
  • Providing warm, friendly support that helps every owner feel valued and respected.
  • Being the voice of our owners—gathering feedback, spotting themes, and helping shape improvements.
  • Supporting written communications, updates, and messages to owners when required.
  • Working collaboratively with park teams to ensure a smooth, joined-up experience.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of owner events such as forums, drop-ins, and social activities.
  • Helping create a sense of community and belonging on park, ensuring events run smoothly and owners feel engaged.

About You...

  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service—ideally in leisure, hospitality, or similar.
  • Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple systems at once.
  • Friendly, professional communication skills across all channels.
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as needed.
