Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
- Promptly and professionally follow up on enquiries.
- Conduct engaging park tours, present finance options, and close sales.
- Carry out pre-handover checks and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Analyze sales performance and drive part-exchange opportunities.
About You: What We’re Looking For
- A resilient nature with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales role is a plus.
- Confidence in working towards budgets & KPIs, with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficient IT skills, including data input, email, Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Availability to work weekends, especially during peak sales periods.
