Your Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, addressing the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
• Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
• Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure every child's needs are met.
• Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
• Build positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and foster positive learning outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a suitable degree-level qualification.
• Previous successful teaching experience, particularly with pupils with SEND.
• Experience in behavior management techniques.
• A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, term-time only, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. You will enjoy a supportive work environment that prioritizes emotional health and well-being.
