We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager who shares our values and commitment to high-quality care.

Your Role

As our Registered Manager, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a child-centered approach focused on achieving the best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external professionals and partner agencies to maintain high standards of practice.
  • Implement robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Leadership and Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding regulations, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Standards Act 2000.
  • Experience managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for children's welfare and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for them.

Working Conditions
