Basic Salary: Up to £37,500 plus SEN Allowance: £2,679

With small class sizes of no more than seven students, each supported by a qualified teacher and up to two teaching assistants, we ensure personalized attention and care.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the complex SEMH needs of our pupils.
- Support the class team in creating learning opportunities and fostering positive behaviors.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure their needs are met.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
- Assist the Exams Officer with the planning and administration of internal and external examinations.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A strong educational background at degree level.
- Previous successful experience in SEND teaching.
- Understanding of the examination process.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
- Effective behavior management techniques.
- A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
