Your Role

As a PSHE/Careers Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering engaging programs in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN.
  • Motivating and encouraging students to reach their full potential.
  • Maintaining high expectations and a clear vision of educational excellence.
  • Implementing outstanding classroom management practices.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passion for working with vulnerable young people.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to our supportive team.
  • The ability to teach additional subjects as needed.
  • A valid driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position during term time only, with the following hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £37,800, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will:
