What You’ll Do:
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, your role will be vital in supporting our young residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting young people with their daily routines
- Building positive relationships and becoming a trusted adult
- Helping them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
- Ensuring their safety and providing encouragement every day
What We’re Looking For:
We believe that the right attitude is just as important as experience. Here’s what you need to bring:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
- A commitment to completing an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
Working Conditions:
This is a casual position with a shift pattern on rotation, providing ad hoc cover. Your salary will range from £12.79 to £14.50 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
