Contract: Full Time
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West
Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be a vital part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills and the capability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- A drive for innovation and a shared vision for creativity in fostering.
