Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Contract: Full Time
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West
Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parent households in the North West. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising Foster Parents to ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

We are looking for someone who is:
- An enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication with team members and Foster Parents.
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- Driven and creative, ready to share our vision and make a positive impact.
