Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and surrounding areas

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parents in the Teesside area, with opportunities to engage with households across the North East.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

We are looking for someone who is:
- An enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication with team members and Foster Parents.
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Experienced in fostering and children’s services (though less experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- Driven and creative, ready to share our vision and make a real impact.
