Contract: Full Time
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West
Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Work primarily with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent assessment skills and be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Possess good IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Have recent experience in fostering and children's services (desirable, but less experienced candidates are welcome).
- Possess a solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
