Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be a vital part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and assessing Foster Parents.
- Providing ongoing support and supervision to ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
