Your New Role

Join our Global Themed Entertainment (GTE) team as a Coordinator, Global Experiences – EMEA. In this exciting role, you will support the delivery of world-class themed entertainment and location-based experiences across EMEA. Collaborating closely with international teams and stakeholders, you’ll help coordinate projects and partnerships that bring our iconic entertainment brands to life.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Effectively communicate, promote, and support the Global Themed Experiences strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities and workflows across internal stakeholders, including Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance, Product Development, and Brand teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks, coordinate meeting logistics, take notes, and support project reviews and approval processes.
  • Assist the management team with business development activities, including research, documentation, and preparing presentations for meetings.
  • Facilitate contract modifications and deal requisitions through to execution.
  • Coordinate licensee forecasting, reporting, project tracking, and research activities.
  • Support business and financial processes related to new business development, including information gathering and due diligence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous entertainment internship or coordination experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the licensing industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
  • Technically proficient and confident using digital tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and collaborate as part of a team.

Working Conditions

This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the workplace. Please note that WBD reserves the right to change this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
