Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parents in the Teesside area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

- An enthusiastic and committed self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- A good working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
- A creative thinker who shares our vision for innovation in fostering.
