Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will primarily work with Foster Parents in the Teesside area, with the possibility of supporting households in other parts of the North East. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and assessing Foster Parents
- Providing ongoing support and supervision
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children

About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Possess excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
- Have good IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports
- Have a solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding
