Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, and support Foster Parents.
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Work primarily with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West.

What We’re Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent assessment and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children's services (desirable, but less experienced candidates are welcome).
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with a base location of Remote - North West, covering areas including Merseyside. You will enjoy:
- A competitive salary of up to £43,626.47 per annum, based on experience.
- A £1,000 car allowance or a company car scheme.
- 30 days of annual leave, increasing to 35 days with length of service.
