Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West
Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

What We Are Looking For
We are on the lookout for a Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily work with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and other areas within the North West region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment, training, assessment, support, and supervision of Foster Parents.
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Good IT skills and the capability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
