Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team. Your primary focus will be on supporting Foster Parents in the Teesside area, with opportunities to engage with households across the North East. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and assessing Foster Parents
- Providing ongoing support and supervision
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration
- Recent experience in fostering and children's services (desirable, but less experienced candidates are welcome)
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding
