Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Work primarily with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and other areas within the North West.

What We Are Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Possess good IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Have recent experience in fostering and children’s services (desirable but not essential).
- Be knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with a base location of Remote - North West, covering Merseyside and surrounding areas.
