Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker

Contract: Full Time

Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience

Base Location: Remote - North West

Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will primarily work with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West region.

  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, support, and supervision of Foster Parents.
  • Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You

  • Enthusiastic and committed self-starter, skilled in maintaining communication with team members and Foster Parents.
  • Excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration; recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
  • Innovative mindset with a drive to share our creative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced social worker.
