Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

Your Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will primarily work with Foster Parents in the Teesside area, with some opportunities in other parts of the North East.
- You will be responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, support, and supervision of Foster Parents, ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.
About You
- You are an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) are essential.
- You hold a qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration. Recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding is crucial.
- We seek innovative applicants who share our creative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.
