Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly team. You will primarily work with Foster Parents in the Teesside area, with the possibility of supporting households in other parts of the North East.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and assessing Foster Parents.
- Providing ongoing support and supervision to ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children’s services (desirable, but less experienced candidates are welcome).
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
