We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our established 3-bed children's home in London.
Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Leading and mentoring staff to provide child-centered care focused on achieving the best outcomes.
- Maintaining robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
- Driving continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and ethos.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding regulations, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Standards Act 2000.
- Experience managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. You will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota. We are committed to creating a safe and stable environment for our children, and your leadership will be crucial in achieving this.
