Salary: £2,000 + Expenses

Location: Multiple locations throughout the UK

As we expand our team, we are on the lookout for Independent Form F Assessors who share our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

As a Form F Assessor, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the futures of foster children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of prospective foster families.
• Producing high-quality, evidence-based analytical reports.
• Staying informed about child care legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and the Fostering and Adoption Act 2002.
• Collaborating with our fostering teams to ensure the best placements for children and young people.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Be a qualified social worker with significant post-qualification experience in foster parent assessments.
• Registered with your country’s applicable social work council (e.g., SWE, SSSC).
• Hold or be willing to obtain professional indemnity insurance.
• Be available for mandatory induction and training days.
• Have unrestricted access to your own transport and be willing to travel.
• Pass statutory and company checks as part of the assessment process.
• Ideally, have completed at least one Form F Assessment and taken it to Panel.
