Accommodation Supervisor
Join us as our new Accommodation Supervisor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager. Your mission? To ensure our holiday homes consistently shine with the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this hands-on role, you’ll actively check quality, guide your team through their daily tasks, and help maintain an efficient, well-organized operation that delivers an exceptional experience for every guest.
What You Will Be Doing...
- Delivering Excellence: Ensure our holiday homes are exceptionally clean, safe, and well-maintained for our guests.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and checks, addressing any cleanliness issues immediately.
- Hands-On Cleaning: Clean holiday homes, lodges, and glamping pods (where applicable) to our high brand standards.
- Empowering Your Team: Provide your team with the right tools and supplies to work efficiently and effectively.
- Guest-Centric Approach: Build positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
- Cultivating Culture: Foster a team culture that consistently delivers high standards and responds positively to guest feedback.
- Training & Development: Assist with onboarding and training new team members, offering ongoing support through on-the-job coaching.
- Performance Feedback: Provide your team with constructive feedback based on performance data.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, COSHH, and all company policies.
- Stock Monitoring: Keep an eye on stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities, reporting low levels as needed.
About You...
- Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in supervising a team.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform checks and deliver hands-on cleaning services, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
- Fast-Paced Worker: Ability to communicate and execute complex plans efficiently.
- Leadership Style: A leadership approach that brings out the best in diverse teams.
- Driving License: A full UK driving licence is essential.
