Your Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary: Enjoy a market-competitive base salary of £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance), with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.

You’ll be part of our vibrant Luton cluster, covering areas such as:

• Luton
• Dunstable
• Houghton Regis
• Harpenden
• St Albans
• Hemel Hempstead
• Tring
• Amersham
• Rickmansworth
• Chorleywood

Additionally, you’ll also cover the Northampton cluster, including:

• Northampton
• Kettering
• Corby
• Wellingborough
• Daventry
• Towcester
• Rushden

We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing on getting our members back on the road in your area.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.

You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside—combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.
