Your Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary: £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance), with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of our vibrant Reading cluster, covering areas like:

• Reading
• Wokingham
• Bracknell
• Henley-on-Thames
• Crowthorne
• Sandhurst

Or, you may join the Oxford cluster, covering:

• Oxford
• Abingdon
• Didcot
• Wantage
• Witney
• Bicester
• Thame

We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing on getting our members back on the road in your area.

Your Role

As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll be the hero on the road, delivering:

• Expert mechanical roadside repairs
• Vehicle diagnostics
• Emergency breakdown support across the UK

Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.

What You’ll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer-focused approach
• A full UK driving licence

You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside, combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.
