Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on.

Your Role Includes:

• Competitive Salary: £50,669 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000.
• Weekly Variety: Work an average of 40 hours per week, with your roster provided seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior.
• Thrive Outside of 9-5: Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Portsmouth cluster, covering areas like Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville, Fareham, Gosport, Chichester, and Emsworth. We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area.

What You’ll Need:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and willingness to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.
