Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Leicester cluster, covering areas like Leicester, Oadby, Wigston, Hinckley, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, and Loughborough. We organize work locally, allowing you to focus on getting our members back on the road in your community.

Your Role

As a Roadside Technician, you’ll provide expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.

You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside. We’ll equip you for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.

What You’ll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
