What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £50,669 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000.
• Weekly Variety: Work an average of 40 hours per week, with your roster provided seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior.
• Thrive Outside of 9-5: Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Where You’ll Work:

You’ll be part of the Southampton cluster, covering areas like Southampton, Eastleigh, Totton, Romsey, Hedge End, Bishop’s Waltham, and Winchester. We organize work locally so you can start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area.

What You’ll Need:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Either:
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
