Salary: £14,565.47 (actual pro-rated salary) / £20,391.65 (FTE)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, Term Time Only

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our school community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and visitors
- Initiating and acting on initiatives to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing for pupils and staff
Key Tasks and Activities:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Communicate effectively with ISP staff, professionals, parents, and carers
- Welcome visitors, maintenance staff, contractors, and guests
- Manage school correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes as needed
- Produce minutes for various meetings and briefings
- Oversee delegated budgets and manage petty cash for the Whitstable site
- Maintain school documents using SIMS & BehaviourWatch
- Support the school’s mission by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the Headteacher
