Welcome to an exciting new chapter at Butlin's! As a Supervisor Plus, you have the unique opportunity to shape this role from the ground up. You'll be the heartbeat of your team, the driving force behind exceptional standards, and the key to transforming a good guest day into an unforgettable experience.

In this hands-on position, you'll be visible and trusted to make things happen. Your role will involve coaching your team in real-time, solving problems on the spot, and ensuring every guest enjoys the Butlin's experience they deserve.

Core base: Accommodation (Mondays and Fridays, our busiest changeover days) Plus: Flexible time across departments throughout the week, wherever your energy is needed most.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading from the front — keeping your team focused, motivated, and in the right place at the right time.
• Coaching the team to hit key targets, from add-on sales to guest experience scores.
• Owning CAFF audits in accommodation and relevant audits in whichever department you're supporting.
• Ensuring guests always find what they need, when they need it.
• Monitoring NPS and guest feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Championing the Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours every day.
• Being the voice that connects Manager plans to team delivery — clearly, consistently, brilliantly.
• Building strong relationships across your resort, other resorts, and central support teams.
• Supporting your team throughout their journey with us — from onboarding to development and beyond.
• Transforming every audit and observation into practical, visible improvements.

Alongside your Accommodation focus, you'll bring your energy to one of four exciting areas:

Supervisor Plus – Buffets

Be the face of a warm, welcoming dining experience. You'll champion food safety, keep the bays looking abundant and appealing, collaborate closely with the kitchen on quality and timing, and coach your team to deliver five-star hospitality on every shift.

Supervisor Plus – Bars and Retail

Bring the energy to our bars and retail spaces. You'll coach the team on sales and service, keep queues moving with sharp, dynamic deployment, manage stock control, and ensure every venue runs to brand standards — all while having fun!

Supervisor Plus – Restaurants & QSRs

Set the tone for a brilliant dining experience from the moment guests sit down. You'll drive upselling on starters, desserts, and drinks, coach confident, natural guest conversations, and ensure every checkback leaves guests feeling cared for.

Supervisor Plus - Leisure

Support our leisure areas, including our Splash Swimming pool or fairground, driving amazing guest experiences in some of our most popular activities on resort.
