Your Role

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will:

• Lead a dedicated team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they work safely and efficiently.
• Drive high performance through effective communication, teamwork, and strong relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the shift manager to plan workloads and resources effectively.
• Support the development of your team members, helping them achieve their career aspirations.
• Handle paperwork and administration with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What You Bring

• Has previous experience leading a team, preferably in a warehouse setting (but this is not essential).

Working Conditions

This position is full-time, with hours from Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:30. You’ll be working 40 hours per week, ensuring that our operations run smoothly during the night shift.
