About the Role
At Butlin's, we live by our value of 'Getting Stuck In', and this role embodies that spirit! As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll be a vital part of various teams across the resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

No two days will be the same! Your week will kick off with cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the rest of your time may take you to exciting areas like:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Buffets, Bars & Shops
• The Fairground

Sometimes, you might even work in more than one area in a single day!
And here’s something special: we offer apprenticeships! If you’re interested, we have opportunities like Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. We’d love to share more during the recruitment process!

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning new skills and collaborating with others. No prior experience is necessary; what truly matters is your positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' lives.

When you join us, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and a buddy to help you settle in. If you’re aiming for a career in hospitality, this role offers fantastic hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.

If you have any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification

The Detail

• Full-time role
• 30-35 hours per week, spread across 5 days out of 7
• Includes evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation available for those relocating
• Must be over 18
