Your Role

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering construction projects that are safe, timely, and of the highest quality. You’ll manage operational resources and lead site teams, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing project success. What You'll Be Responsible For

In this role, you will support our Construction team in delivering exceptional projects across various sectors, including education, health, and defense. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies across all site activities.
• Leading, managing, and motivating operational site staff to reach their full potential.
• Managing communications and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure satisfactory project completion and enhanced value.
• Implementing operational project plans while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

What We're Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
• You have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational construction projects.
• You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body.
• You can demonstrate your experience in a site management role.
• You are an excellent communicator, highly organized, and driven to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
