Are you ready to make a significant impact? We're on the lookout for a Field Performance Manager to join our dynamic Anglian Water team in King's Lynn.

Location: King's Lynn
Hours: 45 hours per week

Your Role

As a Field Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, guiding our field teams to deliver exceptional service. This is your chance to provide managerial support that drives efficiency and ensures outstanding customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams to ensure that all activities are customer-focused, efficient, and compliant with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Monitor, measure, and enhance the productivity, performance, and quality of field teams.
• Manage direct reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and actively participating in performance management and development.
• Mentor and coach teams, overseeing employee training to help them reach their full potential.
• Maximize the organization, planning, and control of labor, plant, and resources for optimal efficiency.
• Promote a positive health & safety culture, conduct audits, and ensure all work complies with relevant legislation.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have supervisory experience in the water industry.
• Hold a NRSWA ticket.
• Possess strong IT and communication skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
• Have a Full driving license.
• Are collaborative, trusted, and focused, enjoying close work with clients and stakeholders to find innovative solutions.
