Location & Hours
Location: Great Billing, Northampton
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Your Role
As an Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in our Anglian Water Alliance team, contributing to essential water services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance, ensuring high-quality work, and meeting productivity targets.
- Working and excavating on the highway, focusing on small-scale civils and reinstatement.
- Interacting with customers professionally at all times.
- Communicating effectively with your team leader and colleagues, keeping them updated on progress.
- Promoting wellbeing within your team and fostering an inclusive workplace.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a Full driving licence.
- You possess a CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene card.
- You have experience working and excavating on the highway.
- You’re skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement.
- You hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificate.
