Join Our Team as an Operative!

Are you ready to make a difference? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operative to join our dynamic Anglian Water Alliance team in the vibrant city of Lincoln.

Key Details

Location: Lincoln
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Role

As an Operative, you will play a crucial role in our Anglian Water Alliance, contributing to essential water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance, quality of work, and meeting productivity targets.
  • Working and excavating on the highway safely and efficiently.
  • Carrying out small-scale civils and reinstatement work.
  • Interacting with customers in a professional manner at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with your team leader and colleagues, keeping them updated on progress.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Hold a full driving licence.
  • Possess a CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene card.
  • Have experience working and excavating on the highway.
  • Are skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement.
  • Hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificate.
