Key Details
- Location: Glastonbury, Somerset
- Contract: Fixed term zero hour contract until April 2027 - Flexible days/nights/weekends - Call out & weather dependent
- Salary: £18.04 per hour (Monday to Saturday) and £23.52 per hour (Sunday and Bank Holidays) PLUS a weekly standby of £238.99
Your Responsibilities
As a Winter Maintenance Driver, you will be an essential part of our Maintenance team. Your role will involve:
- Driving a gritter vehicle during unsociable hours
- Fitting a snow plough in adverse weather conditions
- Maintaining accurate driver and vehicle records
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a current LGV class 2 licence as a minimum
- You have CPC accreditation and are willing to undertake relevant training
