Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Senior Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional design solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple projects.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants.
- Ensuring design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Managing design programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development.
