Your Responsibilities
As our Process Engineering Design Lead, you will:
- Lead the delivery of process engineering designs, ensuring excellence and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide technical expertise on projects.
- Shape and implement a process engineering growth plan for our water capability.
- Participate in bid teams to bring value to clients and identify innovative opportunities.
- Liaise with water companies and coordinate with multi-disciplinary design capability leaders.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have a strong network within the water sector, including client and design organizations.
- Possess significant technical expertise in both clean and wastewater projects, along with knowledge of water company and industry standards.
- Have experience in a design and build environment and a passion for nurturing high-performing teams.
- Hold a degree in a relevant discipline and are Chartered (CEng or IChem) with a professional body.
- Bring excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and experience in optioneering, value engineering, and design reviews.
