Location & Hours

Location: Solent office, Southampton (with travel to sites required)
Hours: 40 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know during our conversation!)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Senior Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional design solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple projects
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants
• Ensuring design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications
• Managing design programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have substantial experience in design management within the construction industry
• Possess excellent communication skills and can foster collaborative relationships
• Are confident in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Hold relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field
