Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Operative to join our dynamic Anglian Water Alliance team in Northampton. This is your chance to be part of something impactful!

Location & Hours

Location: Great Billing, Northampton
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Role

As an Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our Anglian Water Alliance team, contributing to essential water services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking personal responsibility for health and safety performance, ensuring quality work, and meeting productivity targets.
  • Working and excavating on the highway, focusing on small-scale civils and reinstatement.
  • Interacting with customers professionally at all times.
  • Communicating progress updates to your team leader and colleagues.
  • Promoting wellbeing within your team and fostering an inclusive workplace.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a Full driving licence.
  • You possess a CSCS and EUSR Water Hygiene card.
  • You have experience working and excavating on the highway.
  • You’re skilled in small-scale civils and reinstatement.
  • You hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene and SHEA Water certificate.
