What Qualifications and Experience Are We Looking For?

• A degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Process Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Water Engineering or a related discipline
• Chartered status (CEng, IEng, or equivalent) or working towards professional accreditation is advantageous for senior roles.
• Experience in the UK water industry, including:
  • Water companies
  • Engineering consultancies
  • Contractors
  • Design and build organizations
• Experience delivering:
  • Clean water treatment projects
  • Wastewater treatment projects
  • Water infrastructure and network projects
  • Pumping stations and associated assets
  • Knowledge of water industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaboration in multidisciplinary project teams
  • Experience across the project lifecycle, from feasibility to detailed design and delivery
